This is what we saw when we pulled into our driveway tonight. We sat in the car for awhile watching him (I think he was playing dead; he didn't move a muscle). I love having bunnies in the yard. I probably wouldn't if I had a garden, but they are just so cute!

We had two full size rabbits in our yard on Mapleton Ave. from the time we moved in there in 1990. I guess they came with the house..lol Many years later when Ralph was mowing the backyard he went over (unbeknown to us ) a nest with babies that ran every direction. It was so funny because the mother dug up the grass in the middle of the yard, put the babies in it then covered them over with the dug out grass. Ralph caught all he could find in a box and then put them back in the nest and covered them back up.The next day they were gone. We choose to believe the mother took them to another spot somewhere instead of that some other animal found them that night.They were so tiny and fluffy they just filled the palm of your hand.
