This is one of my favorite holiday casseroles. I don't know why I only make it on holidays, but it really goes good with ham. It's a crazy combination of chunk pineapple, grated (or shredded) sharp cheddar cheese, flour, and sugar with a crumbled Ritz cracker and butter topping. Yum!

OOOOOOH that sounds real good. Tomorrow I am making Chris Newbert's baked pineapple casserole. Could you send me this recipe? I would like to try it also?
